XGuard Protection Plan

XGuard is the protection program for eligible Elevate X products, including GroundComm X30, XFusion, and TowSafe.

These products are designed for demanding airline, airport, ground handling, and aviation environments where equipment may experience frequent use, weather exposure, movement around ground support equipment, repeated handling, and other operational conditions.

XGuard is intended to provide additional protection for eligible products beyond the manufacturer's standard limited warranty, based on the specific coverage level purchased.

Depending on the selected plan, coverage may include eligible accidental operational damage in addition to covered product failures. Examples may include accidental impact damage, damaged or broken connectors, cable damage, crushing, fraying caused by a covered operational incident, accidental drops, or certain damage resulting from normal ground handling activities.

XGuard should not be represented as covering every type of damage or loss. Coverage is subject to the customer's selected plan, deductible, coverage term, claim limitations, exclusions, and applicable terms and conditions.

Generally excluded conditions should include intentional damage, gross misuse, theft, loss, unauthorized repair or modification, use outside the product's intended application or published operating limitations, improper installation, prohibited use, and cosmetic wear that does not affect the product's function.

For TowSafe and other safety-related products, Elevate X must retain the ability to permanently remove a product from service when inspection identifies structural deformation, excessive loading, severe impact, material damage, or another condition that could affect safe operation. Safety-critical equipment should not be repaired or returned to service when replacement is determined to be the safer course of action.

Claims may require the product serial number, customer information, station or operating location, photographs or video, a description of the failure or incident, and return of the affected product for inspection when requested.

For an approved claim, Elevate X should retain the right to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement of components, provision of a recertified or refurbished equivalent, or replacement with a new or functionally equivalent product.

Replacement products should generally assume the remaining protection period of the original covered product unless the applicable plan provides otherwise.

XGuard is designed specifically for customers operating in aviation environments, including airlines, ground service providers, fixed-base operators, airports, aviation contractors, and other commercial aviation organizations.

The customer-facing tone should be professional, straightforward, aviation-focused, and centered on equipment reliability, operational continuity, and predictable support. Avoid exaggerated consumer-style warranty language.
