Thank you for shopping with The Crew Hanger by Elevate, a division of Elevate Aviation LLC. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.
During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options based on location and carrier availability.
Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier service and weather conditions.
3. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic deliveries. The carrier is selected automatically based on your delivery address and selected shipping speed.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@elevateaviation.us.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we [do/do not] offer international shipping.
If applicable, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@elevateaviation.us with your order number and a photo (if applicable).

We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If your package was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.
We will do our best to help you resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are in the fulfillment stage. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
