Send your damaged or malfunctioning GroundComm cable to the Elevate X Service Center for professional evaluation, repair, and functional testing.

Service Includes

• Incoming inspection and diagnostic evaluation

• Standard repair labor

• Electrical and continuity testing

• Connector and cable inspection

• Final functional testing

• Repair documentation

The $89 service price includes standard diagnostic evaluation and repair labor. Replacement parts, extensive damage, expedited service, and return shipping may require additional charges.

If additional work or charges are required, the Elevate X Service Center will provide an estimate for approval before chargeable work proceeds.

Eligible Products

This repair service is available only for GroundComm-branded cable products, including eligible GroundComm X30 and GroundComm XFusion products.

We do not repair communication cables manufactured by other brands.

After Ordering

You will be prompted to provide details about your GroundComm product and the reported issue. Securely package the equipment and include your Repair Order inside the shipment.

Warranty Claims

Purchasing this service is not required to submit a GroundComm warranty claim. Warranty eligibility is determined following inspection under the applicable product warranty.
