RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with The Crew Hangar by Elevate, a division of Elevate Aviation, LLC. We want your return experience to be clear, fair, and efficient. Please read this policy carefully before making a return.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns for refund to the original payment method must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

Returns initiated between 16–30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only, valid for 1 calendar year from the date of issue.

Exception – GroundComm X30: Eligible for a full 30-day return window, for either a refund to the original payment method or store credit.

All return requests must be submitted online through our Return Portal.

Items must be unopened, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Gift cards

Discounted items marked “Final Sale”

Custom or personalized merchandise
3. RETURN PROCESS

Submit your request online through our Return Portal.

If approved, follow the provided return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

Once received, your return will be inspected and you will be notified of approval or denial.

If your return is denied, you must pay shipping costs if you want the rejected item returned to you.

Elevate Aviation, LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the policy requirements are not met.
4. FEES & DEDUCTIONS
The following fees apply to all approved returns:

Return Processing Fee: $7.00 (per request)

Unit Restocking Fee: $3.00 per returned item

Refund Payment Processing Fee: 3% of the order total

Exchange Restocking Fee: $2.00 per exchanged item
Shipping label costs are pass-through (domestic or international).
5. EXCHANGES
We make it easy to swap gear for the right size or style:

One-Time Exchange Only: Each item/order is eligible for one exchange only.

Inventory Policy: Exchanges are fulfilled based on stock availability. If your requested item is out of stock, your request will remain pending and be automatically approved once inventory is available.

Original Price Guarantee: If you exchange for a size or color variant of the same product, the original purchase price will be honored, even if a promotion has ended.

Taxes & Fees: Applicable taxes and restocking fees apply. Shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless defective/damaged.

Non-Returnable After Exchange: Once an item has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for return or another exchange.

Exchange Incentives: Customers choosing exchange over return may qualify for bonus offers or credits at checkout (when available).
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery if your item arrives defective or damaged.

Submit an online claim with your order number, email and photos of the issue.

If approved, we will cover return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
7. REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for returns within 15 days.

Approved returns between 16–30 days are issued as store credit (valid 1 calendar year).

Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution.
8. EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
Orders shipped into the EU are covered by the 14-day cooling-off period, allowing cancellation or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must remain unopened, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
9. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By completing a purchase on The Crew Hangar by Elevate, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy, including all timelines, fees, and eligibility conditions.
